Looking for a female flatmate

Looking to share my flat with a female as I am a female myself.

The flat is located in G area (Southside of Glasgow). The area is very good, its full of shops and has many public transport options.

The flat has specious rooms. The bedroom itself is quite spacious and comes with a double bed, a wardrobe and a long mirror and a study desk and chair.

The kitchen is spacious too and has a dining table in it and the living room is very spacious as well.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy.

NOTE:
-No males allowed into the property (due to religious reasons)
-No alcohol allowed into the property (again due to religious reasons)
-Would prefer a non-smoker only
