Looking for a Roommate to rent a private Bedroom & Bathroom in Shared Home in Willow Glenn. I am looking for a roommate to rent a private bedroom ( square feet) and private bathroom in a fully furnished, -bathroom house. The home features a backyard, ample parking in front, and a welcoming atmosphere.

You’d be sharing the space with two women, and 4 well-trained, vaccinated dogs (
and years old, a standard poodle, and a mixed terrier). If you love dogs and are looking for a comfortable and friendly living environment, this could be a great fit!

Ideal candidate has a good credit score. The lease for the house expires by end of September. Ideal roommate is a woman who doesn’t work from home everyday, they are mindful about cross-contamination in the kitchen since one of us is celiac and has gluten intolerance, is tidy and clean, doesn’t cook daily and doesn’t bake gluten (we can work a schedule for cooking), they are ok with living with pets and respects boundaries
about not petting them in certain situations, doesn’t smoke or vape, no overnight guests, no couples please.
