As you all might know renting is pretty expensive. My husband and I are looking for a roommate for the second bedroom to help with rent. The room has already been furnished by us, we had a queen bed and bed frame in there. A dresser on top of the built in closet. Nightstand and a work desk. Utilities isnt included in the actual rent but we have included it in the cost just dont rack up the internet bill as that would be an extra charge. Wifi is also included. All you really have to do is move in and pay the rent. There i a $ move in fee that goes towards your first month rent. I tend to keep to myself but my husband is a more social person. Either way we respect you and ypu space so if you dont want to interact that's okay too. My husband loves to cook so you might find yourself getting free food at times. We don't mind sharing the food or other items just ask before you take it and respect our answer. You can have guests as my husband would be with me. The apartment is a three minutes walk to rd green line and two other bus. Mariano is a minutes walk though the 3 bus takes you directly.
