Duckpond downtown apt to share

My youngest son recently moved out. I'm looking for a clean, responsible individual to share my ba apartment. It's sqft with carpet in the living room and dining room. There's a small yard and plenty of space for both our vehicles in the driveway. The spare bedroom is partially furnished with a desk, dresser, nightstand, possibly a tv, and a twin xl frame that just needs a new mattress (plenty of bedding). I have everything one would need to get by as far as cooking, etc, but am willing to junk if you have better. I'm not looking to rent a room. I want a roommate. We don't have to be best friends but definitely part of each other's lives. I love to cook for people and make them feel welcome. I am a Christian widow. I do smoke but ONLY OUTSIDE.

Photos are from when I moved in 2yrs ago. Once I finish getting rid of my son's things and rearranging, I will post current pics.

I have 2 cats, one indoor and one indoor/outdoor. I will consider another cat if a meeting goes well.
