Hi, my name is Bates. I am looking for a roommate. The monthly rent is $. I live on the marsh in gated Windjammer village. My yr old son lives with me. I have 3 dogs. We all will live upstairs, while you live downstairs. But we will share a bathroom for now while I remodel the upstairs bathroom. My son goes to school and is up at 6am to shower Mon-Fri. He goes to his moms every other weekend and week on week off during the summer. You must be able to pass a background check, his safety is my number 1 priority. The dogs bark when people come and go but we are use to it and my biggest dog likes to plop down when he lays..which creates quite the thud sometimes, especially if you are downstairs. (I cant stop him) The room is a smaller room, but has a beautiful view. The neighbor hood is nothing like any neighborhood around it is breathtaking. Trees and marsh everywhere, a lot of shade, a lot of wildlife.
