Sublet 1 bedroom from May to July

Description

I am posting to let everyone know that I have a bedroom in a -bath) apartment for sublease during the summer from May nd to July th. It is furnished with bed, desks, lamp, Wi-Fi, even cooking utensils. If you stay here you can also use my blankets, pillows, etc. Utilities costs are included in the rent. The location is Shady ave + ), very convenient taking CMU shuttle, . Super close to Target, Trader Joe’s, CVS, ALDI and Pandas supermarket in Squirrel Hill (you can take directly downstairs to all the restaurants). Most of the residents are students at Pitt and CMU so it’s extremely safe.

For the smaller bedroom I plan to rent out for $ (ALL UTILITIES included). My roommate will not be here during the summer so if you only rent one bedroom, you will still have your own kitchen, bathroom and living room!
