I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Derby Row. The move-in date is possible in May , and rent is $ per month, including utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, water) for a private bedroom and bathroom in a 4-room unit.
Benefits of Sub-Lease: Application and administration fees are waived. A month's free rent is included. A wide range of move-in dates is possible. You will have nice and predetermined roommates (no surprising!).
The unit is spacious, featuring a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, a bed and mattress, and a study setup with a desk and chair. Parking is available for an additional fee. Also, there are two bus stations nearby where two main bus lines pass through.
