Hello, my name is Moe and i’m a masters student in Melbourne university. I just came from my summer vacation and i am looking for an apartment that’s near my uni since this semester is crucial for my degree. I am a really quiet person and i spend % of my time studying in my room. If your place suits me, i’m planning to stay for 9 months until my graduation, i work for my government overseas and i have a steady income so that won’t be an issue.
