minutes walk to sydenham station for train and metro. 8 minutes walk to bus station. minutes walk to Woolworths, gym, restaurant etc. Many free street parking around the house too

The room is private bedroom and shared bathroom with other 2 girls.

The rent is $ pw excluding bills and 2 weeks deposit.
