I currently live in Topanga and am looking to be closer to work now that the PCH and Topanga Boulevard are closed indefinitely. I, like many others, am still grieving the loss of our mountains and beaches. It is not sustainable for me to be commuting 3+ hours a day for my job, and I have reached my limit. I am very grateful I am single and flexible so that I may relocate to find peace in a new adventure.

I work at a small law/tax (rental real estate) firm in the Miracle Mile area full-time and enjoy training for triathlon competitions in my free time.

I stay pretty busy with my training, eating and sleeping schedule outside of work hours.
I'm quiet and respectful & I love chores and helping out. Although all my sports are individual ones, I am a team player through and through.

Coexisting with good community is extremely important to me, I'd love to meet you to see if our energies are compatible.
