Private Bedroom/Bathroom in Belmont

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone, preferably a woman, to add on to my new lease starting ! I live in a second floor, -bathroom unit walking distance from downtown Belmont, minutes away from the airport, and only about minutes away from downtown Charlotte. Rent is typically $ a month, with utilities bringing it up to around $ per person. The room I am looking to fill has an attached, private bathroom as well as a smaller walk-in closet, a linen closet, and a sliding door closet. The space also includes an outdoor porch with bonus storage.

The living room, dining space, porch, and kitchen are all already furnished! The apartment is pet friendly, and although I don’t have one of my own, I don’t mind living with animals at all as long as they aren’t too messy/destructive.
