I’ve signed a lease starting April 1st for a new place that’ll fit me better and closer to my work. You would take over and finish my current lease until May st, with the option to renew if you wanted to for a whole year after that. Rent is $ including WiFi and utilities are about $. It’s a 4 bedroom house in the foothills with easy access to the university, park city and cottonwoods. Right above the foothill drive. Dog friendly and the 3 girls living there are super cool and non LDS standards. Giant room and shared bathroom with just 1 other girl. In unit laundry and tons of garage space.
