private room, private bathroom ASAP

Me and my sister are selling are leases. We have rooms right next to each other. They are private bedrooms with private bathrooms attached. Room 1 has a bathtub/shower and room 2 has just a shower. The other 2 roommates in the apartment are quite and keep to themselves but are super neat and clean. The living room and all bedrooms have an amazing view of the mountain instead of another building blocking the window. It's a 4th floor apartment with pretty quite upstairs neighbors. The rooms come with a wardrobe. Dresser with 4 drawers, a desk and chair. And a bed frame and mattress twin xl. There's plenty of storage in the bathroom. The living room comes with a couch, armchair, inch tv. Coffee table and a side table. The complex has a soda machine in the club house that you can get 5 free drinks from each month. There's 2 gyms on one having just barely opened and is bran spanking new. There's a pool and 3 hot tubs and grill area for residents. Free parking pass. And Esa animals are allowed.
