There is plenty of street parking with a couple of spots in the driveway. There is laundry on- and the house is partially furnished (kitchen and living room). The room also gets a ton of natural light and has a semi-spacious backyard that is open to garden/grill/tan. The kitchen was recently redone and has tons of storage.
