Currently available is a large flex room in a bath apartment at waterside Plaza, Located at th and FDR (Kips Bay). Apt is on the th floor of a luxury doorman building and has amazing views of the whole city!

The flex room is and has wall-to-wall windows facing the east river and FDR as well. This room has plenty of space for a queen bed, dressers, desk and more.

The current tennant of the room is moving out of the city so we are looking to fill his room. Currently living in the apartment are three males in their late s who like to go out and have fun but don’t bring the afterparty back to the apartment . We’re looking for somebody who is fun but who also respects the environment. This person would be taking over the remainder of the lease which ends on December . Looking to move fast!!!!

The rent is $/month plus utilities split between all roommates

The subway(rd and park or th and park) is about a min walk.
