Room with private bath available in large executive home located in Monument. There are two options available. for bedroom and private bath. No regular access to common areas or washer dryer. four bedroom/private bath and full access to all private areas in the home, including washer/dryer. There is a possibility for storage the cost of which would be negotiable. House is located in an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood with minute access to I off County line Road. Landlord/roommate is a semi retired physician assistant currently works part time. Landlord owns two labrador retrievers. No pets would be allowed.
