Anyhow, first and last month's rent and common expenses moves you in. Rooms go From $ and We each chip in $ for all the expenses around the house, including a weekly housekeeper, internet, streaming service and TV, utilities, shared cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels, etc. For about the same as you'd pay alone for just internet and TV, you get a full service house with a housekeeper and a whole lot more.
No smoking in the house, no hard drugs, no pets, and only one person per room. NO exceptions on these!
