Dog-friendly (some restrictions apply), kid-friendly, and senior-friendly. There is only one step from the sidewalk, and there are no steps across the whole apartment, showers have safety bars and low-threshold entry. Shower chairs are available upon request.

Modern and quiet sq ft apartment with an independent entrance around the corner from the owner's home. On-demand hot water and individual heating/air conditioning by heat pump in every room. The whole unit has been sound-insulated (walls and ceilings) and it is a very quiet neighborhood.

The unit has a covered patio and fenced yard, a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar area, stainless steel appliances, including new dishwasher, and small appliances such as a blender, food processor, waffle iron, etc. There is also a full-size W/D in the unit.

Bedroom 1 has king-size bed, sit/stand desk, closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has queen-size bed, small desk & chair, and closet. Second bathroom also has shower. Both bathrooms have heated floors and towel warmers.

Whole apartment has full spectrum lighting plus dimmers and low-blue alternative lighting for nighttime. Smart TVs in dining area, living room and master bedroom.

Linens and towels (including extra sets) are provided. Bicycles are available upon request. If you need anything extra, we will be happy to find it for you.

Street parking by the door, and plenty of extra space for visitors.

Strictly non-smoking (tobacco or anything else) inside or outdoor areas.

Available monthly for $/month or for a 3-month minimum for $/month.

Rental fee includes Gigabyte internet and all utilities.

Pet fees may apply depending on breed/size and if more than one dog.

Please note that twice a month basic cleaning of the apartment as well as yard cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning hours may be arranged directly with the cleaner.
