Room to rent in North Hobart

Hey there,

I have a room to rent in North Hobart. Pretty central and close to the NoHo strip.
Sharing with myself and my Golden Retriever.

I work part time, and study full time, and after someone with some chill and friendly vibes.
Someone open-minded and, if possible queer friendly and understanding of neurodivergent folk. The house is fully furnished, with the spare room having built-in wardrobes. Do have a TV and cabinet in there, if needed.
I'm in and out of the house a lot with sports and exploring beautiful Tasmania, whether that's hiking or looking for cold water to plunge in.

Plenty of parking, with a low maintained court yard.
