Furnished Sublease April May June

Description

I am subleasing my apartment for three months from April-June. No smoking. Pets are welcome, although mine has been pet free for two years in case you have an allergy.

It is a large studio in a safe area, across the street from a dog park and right next to Trader Joes and Whole Foods. It is a minute walk to Georgetown and convenient minute bus ride down Wisconsin Avenue.

I am asking for $ a month all utilities included, which is exactly my rental price and nothing more. The apartment is fully furnished and quite comfortable, with a very large walk-in closet. My only condition is that the tenant water and take care of my houseplants (I have a lot), and respect my things, like not scratch or damage my furniture.

I have all cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. You can use all of my things, you will only need to bring your own bed linens. I will leave all of my personal items in boxes in the closet for when I return.

I am possibly open to an extension but I will not know my plans until near the end of the three months.

The building will require you to pay $ for a background check and fill out a sublease agreement through their online portal.
