Rent prices above covers utilities, internet, maintenance, professional cleaning of bathrooms and common shared areas every other week.

Neighborhood is off of rt 5, blocks away from Great Mills and not far from Hermanville Rd., making it easy to get to and from base, gates !

Great focal point to get to other side of town, shopping, Harris Teeter, and Solomons Island (Indian bridge is right around the corner to get to 4/Solomons Island Rd). Very easy drive into Leonard town as well!

Very relaxed, chill, laid back, clean environment, house is very quiet throughout the day and weekends. Current renters are all working professionals at PAX NAS.
