I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the next term in a private room with attached bathroom in bath apartment. The room comes fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress, walk-in closet, table chair set and a big white board.

Rent: $ per month; all other utility costs are included in the rent.
Dates available:  June to august (can be extended)
Transportation: One street away from the light rail station (Stadium Village ) The bus stop is right opposite to the metro station.
minutes walk from Keller Hall (university of Minnesota)
