My townhome is in Cool Springs - a super short drive to Nashville and the area is safe and beautiful, not to mention one minute from I- and convenient to everything. I have one furnished bedroom for rent in my BA home. Rent is $/mo and includes all utilities and wifi/streaming services. Subdivision has a pool (HOA fee included in $).
I have a male cat who is outdoors most of the day and sleeps indoors - no litter box in my home as he goes outside to do his business. He is fine with dogs but not other cats. I’m a busy working single female who just likes to relax/rot when I am at home. I don’t party or have overnight guests/BF and live a pretty quiet life. Seeking similar for a roommate.
