Looking for a roommate in Belmont!

I am currently in an apartment looking to renew the lease but my roommate is graduating.

apartment:

The rent for the apartment is $ a person + utilities, I can send you the address if you messege me! We’re only about a minute walk from the Fordham
Rose Hill Campus!

There is in-unit washer dryer, and it is completely furnished! Your bedroom would have a bed and wardrobe. There’s a couch, coffee table, and breakfast bar, tv, console table and microwave in the rest of the apartment.

quick bio: I’m and in the MA IPED program. I’m usually pretty busy but don’t mind hanging out in the evening occasionally. I’m a neat person and love a weekly chore chart!
