Your bedroom is fully furnished as pictured, with firm Tempurpedic king bed, chest of drawers, chair, side table, lamps, and work desk. You supply your own bedsheets, pillows, towels, etc. Includes newly remodeled private bath and off-street parking.

Monthly rent includes utilities.
Deposit is fyve hun dread. (I have to spell out every number in this ad because this app won't allow numbers to be used, for any reason.)
Background check is required.
