Hi! I'm posting to list 2 unfurnished bedrooms with a shared bathroom available a month (this is the cost per room, it is a 3 bedroom apartment split 3 ways, not including utilities) in Boulder. This is a perfect opportunity for two friends to get a place together! Rooms get great natural light and are super spacious. Looking for female roommates to take over the two upstairs bedrooms! Dogs allowed (this would come with additional costs for pet deposit and pet rent) unfortunately the owners are allergic so pet allowance doesn’t extend to cats. There’s a lovely dog park and community area very close to our unit with a great loop for runners. The attached photos are from an old zillow listing from before the unit was furnished. Feel free to message me for current photos of the shared common spaces which are mostly furnished. In-unit laundry located in the basement! There is one reserved parking spot for the unit and multiple visitor spaces in the same main lot usually available (when there are no spaces there are also plenty of street side parking spaces.)Please message me if you have any questions or are interested!
(Here’s a little about me: I’m a year old female and have lived in this townhouse for about a year, I work at a small apparel shop in Erie and go to school at Front Range part time, I like to paint, write, and play the guitar. Before my move to Boulder I lived in the Arvada/ Westminster area but have liked Boulder the most out of my CO residences!)
