Lease take over

Hi my name is Giovanni Ruiz. I renewed my lease for next year at Valencia Apartments when I should not have. looking for someone, TO TAKE OVER MY LEASE FOR THE NEXT school year starting from July to June
. My roomates are leaving on June th. I’m looking for somone tot take my lease. One person can take my lease and get Paired roomates by the Valencia apartment process of selecting and putting people into apartments. Or you can find two firend and yourself to take the whole apartment and they have to apply seperated y and mention you in it. I pay $ monthly but they allow GPA discount with the Monthly payments shown in the lease. If u have a GPA Monthly rent will go down by around ($) which totals to $ at the end of total lease. They provide a swimming pool, washer and dryer units, bike racks, gym, play house which is where pool table, ping pong table, mini movie theater and communal kitchen to share. I love living here Because it’s close to campus, close to grocery stores, restaurants, close to downtown, close to freeway entrances, parks, and has easy to bike to cal poly campus.
