STUDIO at The SLO for rent

Hello! I am currently trying to find someone to take over my lease for the studio I am currently living in at The SLO. I graduate Cal Poly in June and plan to move back home after. I'm trying to find someone to pick up the lease for July.

The studio comes furnished with a twin xl bed, tv, desk, closet, and full bathroom. There is no kitchen, but the studio comes with a mini fridge and a microwave. The studio measures at sqft and is located on the first floor right across from the laundromat and pool.
