House has European Resort inspired design for total relaxation. . . one bed, and many lounge chairs occupy the patio space with a large pool. With that a bbq grill is also available for use.
We also have a coffee bar and wet bar.

BEDROOM: has awesome bedframe with integrated lighting (see pics)

Refundable security deposit of $ and first months' rent due at move in.

Rent is $ from October to May / from June thru September rent is $ (covers higher AC costs)
