My current roommates are moving off island, I was originally planning on moving out too but after looking, everything else would be a downgrade.

Current rent is $bd/3br, compare that to the other options for $sqft studios, let’s help each other out here yeah?
(one of the bathrooms is outside next to the pool, master has a private br and private entrance to backyard)

Lease will need to be signed for April 1st, one room vacant at the moment and ready to move into now.

The address is Kepuhi street. It’s across the street from Diamondhead Theater // 5mins to the beach // // mins to UH. It’s a great location on top of a hill, beautiful sunsets every night.

Rent includes weekly landscapers and pool cleaning service. We got a covered carport, in-unit laundry, each room has A/C unit, grill, squat rack, brand new fridge replaced a couple weeks ago, plenty of storage space under the house, ample closet space inside as well.
