Hiii everyone! My current roommate just got engaged and will be moving out, so my Fiancé and I are searching for a roommate to rent out/take over a room in our bath townhome in Floresta. You would be taking her place for the remainder of the lease (ends in November) with the potential to renew for another year! We are looking for someone respectful, clean, and responsible. We prefer someone in there mid-to-late , utilities included.

and my fiancé is . He occasionally works from home and I work most days at a medspa and in my at home office x a week. We are pretty laid back and keep to ourselves, occasionally we love to have a night out, but we love to stay in for the most part. We have hypoallergenic little ones and 1 very sweet big dog), therefore looking for someone with no pets. Big dog also stays gated off to his own section of the home to keep him away from furniture!

It’s a very spacious townhome with 2 living rooms, fully upgraded kitchen and appliances, bath on first floor. Roommate would get the second largest bedroom with your own personal bathroom (bedroom is furnished with king bed, dresser, nightstand and smart tv with access to all streaming. All can be removed if preferred). The other 2 bedrooms are my home office and a guest room on the RARE occasion guests are visiting, which is available for your use as well. Townhome is located in a great area directly across from a publix, minutes from beach, near many restaurants and abacoa downtown area, super convenient location with nearby access to highway!
