Hello! We are looking for an individual (preferably female, no couples pls) to fill a single bedroom in our house located near downtown Long Beach. There are 3 other girls living in the house, and we also have 2 cats (so we are ideally looking for someone without any pets) We are all LGBTQ+, , +al friendly, and we are hoping to find someone who matches the vibe of the house! The cats are typically in their rooms but we do all share the common space so they do roam around from time to time. There is a parking spot available, in-unit washer & dryer, and a large backyard as well. The room includes a closet space and a window nook, and will be priced at $ with a security deposit of $ required upfront. We are hoping to fill this spot as early as April 1st, and may be flexible with an earlier move in date (March th).
