I’m looking for a female roommate to share a spacious -bath luxury apartment with us (a couple) at Loren Apartments.

Location: located on route , right next to -corners. Only minutes from DC and 7 minutes from Ballston, Virginia!
There are free shuttles that can take you to the near by metro station for free. I can provide the shuttle schedule if you need.
Rent:
$ (Utilities are all included).
Apartment Features: Modern, upscale finishes, spacious rooms, in-unit laundry, and plenty of natural light.
Pet Info: We have a quiet cat who will not go into your room. If you have a cat, it would be okay just please keep in mind that we do have a pet rent fee of $

Parking: Garage parking is available for an extra $/month or there’s plenty of free street parking
Perfect For: Someone who values comfort, privacy, and a peaceful living environment.

A little bit about us, we’re a young couple of professional who’s friendly and out going. We work in restaurant industry so we’re usually home late but we always try to keep the noise as quiet as possible so we wont bother you. We love to grab a drink during the weekends so if you’re down, we can hangout and have fun together .
