Looking for a 3rd roommate to share a large and spacious townhome ( sqft).

The townhome is located in Lawrenceville right off just minutes
from downtown Princeton, and extremely close to surrounding colleges
(Rider & TCNJ)! It’s a three-floor town home. There is an office, in
unit laundry, and garage on the ground floor. Living room, kitchen,
and dining room on the second floor, and the three bedrooms on the top
floor (a full bath will be shared between my future roommates). The
entire townhome was just renovated and freshly painted in the summer;
everything new, very clean, tidy, and inexpensive. As mentioned in the
title, this room is for individuals (absolutely no couples).
The rooms are large spacious and easy to use. Both rooms are
unfurnished with a closet and window. If furnishing is desired, this
could be discussed. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are,
large, cozy and are shared spaces. (already are furnished!!)
