URGENT need of a new place to live

Description

Having recently vacated my last residence in West Philadelphia where I lived for almost four years, I am without a new place to live. I am looking for, ideally, a one bedroom apartment/flat that allows my beloved cat Spaghetti to continue to live with me. I also have a washer and dryer so I would need the necessary hookups so I can use them without issue. I am gainfully employed albeit on a leave of absence while I'm undergoing chemotherapy treatment (diagnosed with rare blood cancer, currently have two brain tumours).

Happy to work with landlord on the necessary requirements regarding security deposits, background checks, etcetera.
