No pets except small quiet pets that stay in the room. Total of 6 adults in the house . All utilities include with full use of kitchen, laundry, large back deck, garden, and common spaces . Cleaning service included every 2 weeks. She cleans all the common area , the bathroom you use , your room if you want and will change your sheets to clean ones . This is a large 8 bedroom single family home , with a living room and game room
in a nice quiet neighborhood. We do require background checks, income verification, and credit checks.
