Need Female Roommate Private room

Looking for a FEMALE roommate. I have a bath home near Purdue Fort Wayne campus. There is no smoking, alcohol, or drugs, allowed. There is washer, dryer, internet, and a fenced back yard. You would have a private unfurnished bedroom with a lock and share a bathroom, kitchen, and living areas that are semi furnished. The rent is hundred a month plus utilities.
This is perfect alternative to student housing for Ivy Tech or Purdue Fort Wayne, University of St. Francis, Indiana University of Technology, Indiana Tech, Concordia Theological, Huntington University or Manchester University.
