Details: Rent: $/month (utilities and Wi-Fi included) Shared spaces: Living room and access to our home gym in the garage, which includes a portable sauna. Washer and dryer: Located upstairs. Pets: We have2 German Shepherds who stay outside. Requirements: Male only No couples, children or pets. We’re a married couple in our late s who both work full-time. My husband is in the military and I work in education. We’re clean, respectful, and enjoy a calm, friendly home. We have an extra bedroom available and are looking for a roommate who is responsible and easygoing. We want someone who will respect the space and keep things comfortable for everyone.
