I've got a 1 bedroom and recently lost my roomate.
It's spacious with large entryway leading from the living room to the kitchen, with a separate bedroom and a shared bathroom.
The living is lightly furnished with a futon and some patio furniture which was moved inside, you're welcome to the futon if you need it or I can move it into my room if you don't want it.
As I'd be more of the rent I'd be looking to have someone move in and take the living room as their bedroom, but if you're willing to pay more I'd be fine giving you the bedroom.
