Master bedroom in South Austin

Hi! Looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom in a ba house in South Austin on William Cannon & Westgate - only about mins from DT!

Rent is $ and utilities usually come out to $/month.

My roommate is moving out of state for a work opportunity (excited for her!!!) and I’m looking to fill her room by April 1st.

About the room: The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a large closet. The room itself is pretty big! Fits a queen/king
bedroom set.

About me: I’m pretty lowkey on the weekdays and tbh, not home much outside of work hours. I go to spin, yoga, and pilates regularly - big on fitness & wellness (I work in fitness tech). I enjoy cooking, concerts, comedy shows, sports, and being outside!

About the house: It’s a renovated 2 story duplex with a garage and a backyard! The 3rd bedroom is used as a shared office space. My roommate currently parks in the garage so you can take that over as well. She owned all of the shared furniture so if you have your own, that’s great!
