Looking for myself and my boyfriend

My boyfriend (yro) and I (yro) are looking for a room to rent while we look for a permanent home, I work in Federal Way and have family in Seattle, so I'm trying to move up north. My boyfriend receives SSI and is also currently looking for a job. I have been working weekends, but I've confirmed that will change around mid-April and I will be working days a week minimum. Lastly my boyfriend does have an ESA cat. For the most part, we keep to ourselves and will do what we're supposed to, as far as chores, respecting boundaries/rules, etc., IF that is what we are expected to do. I would like to say we are NOT opposed to being friendly, my boyfriend is pretty shy, until football or food becomes a topic of conversation, and I genuinely just enjoy making the people around me happy and doing my best to help with anything I can. I very recently turned and I've always thrived off my accomplishments and making progress in my life, and honestly I do not feel as though that is the case while we are living with my boyfriends father.
