My name is Marissa Michalkiewicz and I own this property, which we refer to as "That Daam House," through my business, Giveadaam Ventures, LLC. I do not live at this property because I constructed That Daam House to provide flexible leases, both short-term and long-term, to better serve traveling professionals and students in Northeast Wisconsin.

That Daam House was constructed in November and is an easy 8 minute city drive away from Lambeau Field and less than a mile walk away from Downtown Green Bay. This property has an Upper and Lower Unit that are both fully furnished with their own separate entrances, on- free parking, and an in-unit washer and dryer. This listing is for the Upper Unit, which has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, and the Lower Unit is occupied full-time by a Host.

The Upper Unit is typically rented by the room and we've made it a priority to connect our Dwellers with our favorite local businesses so that they have options of where to eat, drink, and be entertained while they're here. Our goal with this property is to have it operate like a hostel, but to feel like a home.
