Justin here, I’m a single dude who just works, goes to the gym and is taking online ASU classes.  Living with me also, is one other guy who works full time and goes to SCC.  We're looking for one more guy.  We don’t have pets or kids.  We don’t smoke. We're looking for a single male professional who doesn't have pets or kids either.  If you have a gf who is coming over sometimes, that's totally fine.  If you smoke, that’s fine, just please only do it outside or on the patio— I just don’t want the apartment to smell like it. This is a Bathroom Luxury Apartment with excellent amenities and is within 1 mile of everything you need for groceries, take-out food, gas or gyms, etc. have my own bathroom—you would just share your bathroom with the other guy.  Your room is a private room. The bedroom available is fully equip and furnished with brand new high quality stuff including a Bed, Pillows, Sheets, Desk, Chair, Lighting, Hangers and all common areas are furnished as well. If you reach out, and we are a good fit, we can then schedule a day to meet.  After that, we decide on the move-in date, and I forward your contact information to the management. Amenities:
