I’m an OTR truck driver, so you’ll have the apartment to yourself for long stretches.

I’m into D&D, gaming, writing, and content creation, so if you’re into that too, we’ll probably get along great.

When I’m home, I relax, stream on TikTok, and catch up on projects—I keep things pretty low-key.

Not super strict about cleanliness, but shared spaces should be kept reasonable and respectful.


What I’m Looking For in a Roommate

Responsible and independent—since you’ll have the place mostly to yourself.

Pays rent on time—no exceptions.

Drama-free and chill—not looking for someone who parties hard.

D&D/Gaming friendly is a plus, but not required.


Other Notes

Lease terms: Preferably looking for someone long-term.

No pets (unless discussed in advance).

Guests are fine, but no excessive partying.
