Youngsville NC, ROOM Available for rent starting June friendly. Please read the entire description before messaging me. I am a year old female that has a double wide trailer with a ROOM available to rent starting June . Rent would be $ a month, electric would vary and be split, and Wifi is $ a month. HAVE TO STAY A FULL YEAR OR MONTH TO MONTH and give me day notice before moving. I am friendly and smoke inside my home so children would not be a good fit. No pets.
