Large Furnished Home to Share

I’m a single professional male who works full time from home as Land Acquisition Agent. I am very clean and organized, so I expect the same from the one who lives with me.
The home is located in Peoria close to Glen Oak Park and the Peoria Zoo. I am looking for a person, male or female to share a large /2-bath home. The basement is a complete game room including a pool table, electronic darts & poker table. There is a washer and dryer in the basement as well. There is a art room as well. Bike/Hike Trails nearby, for fitness, there are several wights and cardio equipment in the basement. I have a full front, side and backyard with a garage including entertainment center. Parking in garage use is not included in rent. I have a small dog (no shedding) who is well-behaved and well taken care of; I am looking for a roommate with no pets but may compromise. You will have a private bedroom and bath with access to all the amenities the home has to offer.
Monthly rent is $ per month.
There will be a $ security deposit which will be returned if there is no damage. 1 month notice prior to termination of rental agreement. Rent is due first day of the month, with 5 days gracing period, pay via Zelle, cash or personal check preferred.
Background check and screening process is required before accepting.
IL Rental agreement is signed before moving in.
