Description

The single room is in an apartment on the second floor. Included in the rent is heat, electricity and access to WiFi internet connection. The bathroom in the apartment has a shower. Friendly self-catering fully equipped kitchen. Access to a washing machine and dryer.
The room is equipped with furniture: bed, desk, cupboard and chairs. Bed sheets and towels are provided.
ISK Payment procedure and comments: Pay for each month beforehand. Only one at the time. Deposit is ISK
Rental period: The room is free now and can be rented to August (Rent renewal is negotiable). A small grocery store across the street. Nearby is Perlan with view over Reykjavik. The art gallery Kjarvalsstadir and Kringlan (a shopping mall) also nearby.
