Entire place or roomates

Hi my name is Krystal. I’m an entrepreneur. I run my own cleaning business so I’m very tidy, and I’d like a place with an extra room/space for me to start my art business from home. I have 2 sweet, well-behaved cats I’ll be taking with me. I’d love a place with a patio or balcony I can DIY into a lovely zen space for us/safe space for my cats! If I can’t find my own space,
I’d like roommates to split rent with in a larger place. We can share the spare space if you’d like of course. I’d love to be friends with my roomies, but I’m respectful of personal space. I am cannabis friendly but I keep those activities outdoors only at night before dinner. I love to cook and watch tv/movies. I’d like to make friends (new to LA) and host fun nights here and there.
