Hey! I’m Shan , originally from Jersey, now living in Vegas and working full-time in holistic wellness + digital marketing. I’m clean, laid-back, health-conscious (gluten-free, dairy-free, into non-toxic products), and looking for a girl to rent the second room in my bath apartment starting mid-June.

About the space:
• $/month + utilities (Wi-Fi ~$, electricity ~$ depending on season)
• First + last month rent up front + $ deposit
• -month lease minimum
• Private bedroom with walk-in closet, private bathroom with a tub, private balcony
• In-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal
• 4th floor unit (elevator in building)
• Parking is unassigned but easy, mostly covered, garages available for rent
• Fully furnished living room + kitchen (you’d just need your room setup)

Amenities include:
Heated pool, hot tub, two game rooms, gym, cabanas, tanning/lounge chairs, gated community

Neighborhood:
NW Vegas – 4 mins from Mountain View Hospital, across from Desert Shores, 5 mins to Sprouts & Whole Foods, super convenient and safe area

Looking for:
A clean, drama-free, respectful woman (ages ) with previous renting experience and 3 months of pay stubs to verify income. Bonus if you work night shifts or have an opposite schedule—I’m home Weds–Sat (soon switching to Tues–Fri ), and I value alone time on my off days.

Not allowed:
No hard drugs (-friendly is fine), no heavy partiers, and dealbreaker if we’re home on the same schedule often—just being real.
