Have lease to take over ASAP

Hello , everyone 😊
My family moving out of state (ASAP in this month (March))and we have a leasing contract to take over in Cedar Park .
We need to move out in March (as soon as possible, but still dates are hybrid)You will be signing contracts with leasing office but on our terms
d floor , $+ utilities, last day on the contract of December ( best price in the building)
In building : gym , cardio zone , meditation zone ,area where you can drink coffee, lounge zone , lots of work space , pool and covered garage.
We really need help with this contract, building is amazing , pet friendly, but we must to move to other state .
